Projects

We offer a complete architectural - interior design service in both domesticand commercial fields. The practice has the aim of operating a broadframework with the key element being to ensure that the principle designersprovide the client and contractor liaison and are involved throughout acontract from conceptual stage through to completion at every level.

Residential

Miller Residence A complete remodeling of a basement to an end of terrace Notting Hill house.
Kings Road Development A two storey dwelling above commercial shops on the Kings Road with a separate entrance on Markham Square.
Halsey Street Development A re-planning and full refurbishment of a first floor lateral apartment for a London Developer.
St Ives Development An existing four storey fisherman’s terrace cottage built on a rock outcrop over Bamaluz beach in St Ives.
DeCarlucci Residence A five storey residence created from two attached dwellings with basement swimming pool

 

Commercial

The Vellum Building A refurbishment of a derelict warehouse in Bermondsey into a suite of contemporary offices.
The Third Space 40,000 sqft of holistic health and sports related fitness club, housed within an existing hotel annexe in the heart of Soho.
Levison Meltzer & Pigott HQ L.M.P approached the practice to design their new office in the city.
The Saatchi Cafe and Gallery Conversion of the former Duke of York’s Headquarters off the Kings Road in Chelsea.

 

In-Progress

Notting Hill Refurbishment A conversion and total re-planning combining two residential buildings into one family dwelling.
Garden House A new dwelling sited within a large garden in Hampstead in place of a former commercial garage building.
Mayfair Residential Development An existing six storey 16,000 sqft Grade II property in Mayfair, purchased by an overseas client for it’s development potential.
