Garden House
A new dwelling sited within a large garden in Hampstead in place of a former commercial garage building. The concept establishes a large family dwelling within the confines and contours of the existing garden.
The design creates a three storey dwelling within the existing height of the brick garden walls to ensure there is limited overlooking and privacy; whilst still providing daylight into the basement area. The internal accommodation has swimming and leisure facilities within the basement, with kitchen, dining, reception areas within the ground floor. and bedrooms on the first floor.
The intention is to commence this project in early 2011.
