DeCarlucci Residence
A conversion and total re-planning combining two residential buildings into one family dwelling. The concept was to strip away all of the existing internal walls and features and start from a 'clean slate.'
The design includes the addition of a full double width basement accommodating, swimming, sauna, spa, gymnasium and games room.
The design includes new single and double storey rear extensions along with a new mansard roof level to create a stunning master suite with full width roof terrace.
The accommodation from ground to third floor includes: 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, library, laundry, office, 3 reception rooms, kitchen, utility and cloakroom.
The internal arrangement is brought together by the insertion of a dramatic staircase with projecting galleries throughout the five floors.
